Digital progressive lenses are custom made lenses that give crisp and sharp vision. Regular progressives and digital progressives are similar to the difference between high definition TV and standard TV. Digital progressives are tailor-made and cause optical accuracy
Polycarbonate lenses are thinner, lighter and up to 10 times more impact-resistant than regular plastic lenses. These lenses are great for safety glasses, children’s eyewear, and for anyone who wants lightweight, durable lenses. They provide 100% UV protection and are used for high powers of astigmatism and/or nearsightedness/farsightedness.
Your doctor may prescribe polarized lenses for driving. Polarized lenses diminish glare from flat, reflective surfaces (like water) and also reduce eye fatigue. These lenses can be important in driving safely.
Photochromic lenses are sun-sensitive lenses that quickly darken in bright conditions, and quickly return to a clear state in ordinary indoor lighting. We offer different tints including gray, brown, or Sunsync gray or brown.
Anti-reflective coatings are among the most popular add-ons for lenses. They can dramatically improve the look and comfort of your glasses by minimizing the amount of light that reflects off the surface of your lenses, which also has the added benefit of reducing glare and thus easing eye fatigue.
Computer glasses, or blue-light blocking glasses, reduce eye strain by adjusting the focus slightly so that your eyes feel like they are focusing on something further away. They also have a tint to remove the glare and block blue light from entering into your eyes.
